We decided to call this intimate studio apartment "the hideaway" because it is a cozy, well-maintained and artistic haven situated on an urban residential street - rue Pasteur- in the Quartier Saint-Ambroise, an international neighborhood tucked between the bustling Oberkampf and Bastille areas of the 11th arrondissement. The neighborhood is named after the Eglise Saint-Ambroise which is at the center of this Parisian quartier, today home to an ecelectic mix of international families.
The 11th arrondissement of Paris is historically the heart of the French revolutionary working class, today a funky, artsy district.

The peaceful, bright and charming hideaway is the perfect size for a couple but also suitable for a family with one or two children. Your Hosts in Paris
We are a multi-cultural family (American mother, Argentine-Italian father, and two children who are a little bit of everything!) and have lived in all corners of the globe. We have now settled in Paris and love the city as though it is our own.

As a family that travels extensively, we know what a difference it makes to arrive in a new place to a warm and helpful welcome.
We are available from the first contact by email or phone to help you plan your stay in Paris.

Whether it is to organize side trips out of the city, decide in which restaurant to celebrate a special moment, to be put in touch with one of our own trusted babysitters, or get help with some basic vocab for getting around town, we are available to help make your time in Paris fantastique!
