The Hideaway is a five- minute stroll from Rue Oberkampf where some of the grooviest nightlife of Paris is to be had: Chez Justine, Le Mecano Bar, the Nouveau Casino (www.nouveaucasino.net) to name a few, not to mention the innumerable smaller venues where the drinks and music flow into the wee hours. Just two minutes from the apartment is the Bataclan, one of Paris’s oldest and most famous concert halls (www.le-bataclan.com). The nearby Marais, Canal Saint-Martin, and Bastille are also neighborhoods packed with bars, trendy restaurants, and places to dance and listen to music. |
